Raychem FrostGuard is a pre-terminated, self regulating, frost protection cable for pipes. The product includes a pre-installed electrical cable and plug for quick and easy connection to the power supply.
The small geometry, yet robust, cable adjusts its power output dependent upon ambient temperature. Therefore more heat is generated automatically when needed and less heat in warmer ambient conditions, saving energy.
Subject to local norms and approvals, FrostGuard can be used for in-pipe applications.
